We expect our athletes to be strong and agile!
- Summer Conditioning Classes – on Saturdays
- Summer Continuity Team Training (Practices) – 4 hours weekly – no Saturday’s (3 hours for Prep)
- Summer Choreography & Stunt Camps
We expect our athletes to werk it! during the season!
- Season Practices – 4 – 6 hours weekly (3 hours for prep)
- Tumbling Practices
- Stunting Practices
- 6 Varsity Competitions (3 competitions – Prep)
We expect our athletes to become a family and give back together!
- Team Building Events
- Volunteer / Community Events
- Fundraising Events – Showoffs, Halloween Carnival, Summit Kick Offs
