We’re ready to kick summer in to gear with Boy’s conditioning classes,girls,family.team’s or groups.

Get the Power Circuit Workout

Circuit training alternates strength training exercises with aerobic activities to give you two workouts in one. TXPA Boot Camp classes combine intervals of cardio drills and muscle conditioning exercises to provide you with the ultimate circuit workout. You can burn 400 – 600 calories in a variety of classes that may use jump ropes, boxing drills, free weights, and even a little healthy competition. Expect the unexpected in these full-body Boot Camp classes, which are packed with lots of variety and tons of fun.


Boot Camp

No guts, no glory in this total body workout! This class incorporates drills designed to enhance agility, speed, power, strength, and quickness. You’ll move around the room to a number of different stations – each designed for a specific exercise. Check “lazy” at the door when you step into this workout. Boot Camp works you head to toe so you’ll be ready for anything life brings.

Athletic Training

You’re about to become much more than just a weekend warrior! This overall conditioning and toning workout is composed of P.E. style drills that are sure to complement your weekend activities. We incorporate upper and lower body exercises into one dynamite athletic conditioning class. So, whether you like to spend your weekends hiking mountains, biking the trails, swimming in the ocean, playing contact sports, or hitting the links, our Athletic Training class will help you get more out of your favorite thrills.

As a TXPA signature  class, this circuit class brings you the best drills for improving endurance, cardiovascular fitness, and muscular strength. Expect a great full body workout on a time-frame that fits even the busiest schedule.

 

Texas Power Athletics offers recreational programs for all ages. Our instructors have a gentle teaching style, and works well with participants of all ages and abilities.

Texas Power Athletics offers an afterschool program that picks up at local schools, as well as, various camps for winter break, spring break, and summer.   There are also ongoing classes for cheerleading, dance and gymnastics.
